When I moved to Las Vegas from California I needed an apartment that was close to the schools and shopping. I also wanted a friendly, safe environment for my family. I just recently moved from California and I was a little concerned about finding a the right home in a downtown neighborhood. What initially impressed me was the courteous professional attitude of the manager. I work nights so it was important that I find a quite apartment in a quite community. The manager was able to quickly accommodate me. My move from California couldn't have been easier. My neighbors are courteous and easy to get along with. We have lived at Mediterraneo Apartments for almost 4 years. To us, it's more like living with family than in an apartment complex. The manager is friendly and helpful and she will always listen to you. They're really great at staying on top of maintenance and the staff are professional, courteous and respectful. We were thrilled when our apartment was upgraded. Everyone received a ceiling fan and a screen door. We love the all-round, day and night security cameras and the night-time courtesy patrol. We really feel safe. At Mediterraneo, we all watch out for and help each other and we especially look forward to the famous get-togethers like the 4th of July and St. Patrick's Day. What fun?
